3-Hour Premier League Experience
A high-quality football development session built around technical work, position-specific coaching, competitive practices and small-sided games.

Train With Stephen Ireland
Players will train with former Manchester City, Aston Villa and Stoke City midfielder Stephen Ireland and hear first-hand what it takes to perform at Premier League level.

Player Identification
Players will be observed throughout the session in both technical practices and game situations. We’ll assess areas such as technical quality, decision-making, game understanding, attitude and potential.

Coaching From Phil Reilly & Guest Coaches
The session will be led alongside Velocity186 Head Coach and former professional Phil Reilly, with selected guest coaches supporting the player-development environment.

Position-Specific Development
Players will work on the details relevant to their role, including receiving, passing, 1v1 play, movement, defending, attacking and finishing.

Small-Sided Games & Match Play
Players will have the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in competitive game situations, while also being observed as part of the Player Identification process.

Premier League Q&A
Hear Stephen’s experiences from professional football and ask questions about training, mentality, setbacks, progression and life in the Premier League.

Photos & Player Interaction
Players will have the opportunity to meet Stephen, interact with the coaching team and capture memories from the experience.

Who Can Attend
Boys and girls aged 9–18. Players from all clubs and backgrounds are welcome.
